Fitness Coaching

My coaching is built around one simple principle: every person and every athlete requires an individual approach. Whether your goal is improving your physique or performing at a higher level in your sport, your training and nutrition must match your lifestyle, schedule, and long-term goals.

I offer both online coaching and in-person coaching(if you’re located in Sofia, Bulgaria), working with individuals who want to improve their body composition as well as athletes looking to maximize their physical performance.

Online Coaching for Athletes

This program is built for athletes who want to improve their physical performance and competitive readiness.

Training is designed around the specific physical demands of the sport, the athlete’s current condition, and the upcoming competition schedule.

The process begins with a detailed analysis of your current state, needs, and goals.

From there, we develop a structured plan that may include:

Off-season training focused on building strength, explosiveness, and athletic capacity
In-season training designed to maintain performance while minimizing fatigue
Fight camp/competition preparation with strategic conditioning and recovery management
• Development of strength, power, explosiveness, endurance, and sport-specific conditioning
• Recovery strategies to ensure the athlete can train hard while minimizing injury risk

This program is built on real competitive experience. You will be learning from someone who understands the physical and mental demands of performance because he has been there and continues to compete and train and compete.

In-Person Coaching

For clients located in Sofia, Bulgaria, I offer personal coaching sessions designed to provide direct guidance, hands-on corrections, and a highly focused training environment.

Training sessions take place at Fitness Flais, a premium training facility located inside Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia.

These sessions are ideal for individuals who want:

• Direct coaching and real-time technique correction
• Maximum training efficiency and accountability
• A structured path toward fat loss, muscle gain, or athletic improvement

Each session is personalized according to your current level, goals, and physical condition.

In-person athletic Training (Outdoor)

For athletes and clients located in Sofia, Bulgaria, who want to develop true athletic performance, I also offer outdoor athletic training sessions at the facilities of the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski”.

These sessions focus on developing the physical qualities required for high-level performance, including:

• Explosive power
• Strength and conditioning
• Agility and movement efficiency
• Sport-specific endurance and conditioning
• Injury prevention and mobility

Training in a true athletic environment allows us to develop speed, power, and conditioning in ways that cannot be replicated inside a traditional gym.
